You
have gained weight during the last holidays, and your sexy summer dresses
remain abandoned in the closet. Still, you avoid your friend the yoga
instructor and walk away from Zumba sessions around.
Is there a way around this?
Working
out is not very attractive even to the gal who is trying to trim some fats. Yet
ladies are not exactly afraid of gaining big muscles. What women are trying to
avoid in the process of losing weight, is the possibility of becoming less
womanlike as their body becomes more athletic and defined because of physical
work out.
There are easy-to-prepare foods which help in weight loss and control muscle
build-up as one do exercises. Here are some nice tips regarding what you can do
to your diet:
Have
complex carbos through cereals. Brown bread, pasta, whole wheat, or cornflakes
is perfect for morning meals. Likewise, take in an apple or a banana during
breakfast.
Prepare
your lunches without oils from saturated fatty acids. You can apply sesame,
olive oils and linseed oils for this purpose. Take in a lot of green vegetables
during lunch break. Salsa roll along with boiled chicken, grilled turkey, beef,
and roasted fish with a bowl of rice are super healthy and they don't gain
extra weight.
Your
supper must be as light as manageable and it should be composed of salads and
soups. Have whole wheat tortillas, tofu salad and soups produced from pulses
and grains. Soups made up of spinach, lettuce, cabbage are also nutritious for
the ladies who care to lose weight. You can take a veggie dish with not cooked
beans, tomatoes, cucumber, beets, carrots, and so on.
Keep
the calorie count on hold while having mid night meal bites. You can have
protein drinks, wheat chips and enough of fruits for snacks. Add in taking of
citrus fruits (lemons, berries, grapefruits, oranges etc) as frequently as
possible, and drink lots of water. Puffed rice, popcorns, nuts are also healthy
for you.
You don’t have to be parted from your sexy dresses! True
enough, eating healthy foods will go a long way in helping you stay in good
shape.
